The Day Addie Was Born

We had Addie's 3rd Birthday party last night and she had so much fun! She wanted a Lightning McQueen party so it was everything "Cars". I wanted to find a picture of when she was just born, seems like it was just yesterday! The picture from her party last night makes her look like a little girl!

Addie's Trip to Georgia

Addison flew to Georgia over the long weekend with my mom to see Aunt Jill, Uncle Andy, Max, and Molly. Here she is at AirJump USA, it is filled with tons of the blow up air toys, trampolines, and slides! She got home on Monday and had SO much to tell us! She went to Chuck E Cheese, got a new Minnie purse and went to the Circus. She loved the clowns and the elephants standing on the stool (those are her words, I would imagine the may have been sitting). Anyway, she had a blast and we are glad to have her back!

Super Bowl Princesses

Addison and Abi Fuss were the hit of the Super Bowl party in their dress up outfits. Cutest little princesses!

Jake's Buzz

Got Jake's hair cut last week, got rid of his mohawk and gave him a "Hoosiers" buzz! He looks pretty good! I hope you can see it in the picture his hair has gotten so light it is a little hard to tell.

Best Birthday Present EVER!

Alan turned 30 last September...the kids and I got him and his buddy Adam tickets to an Indiana basketball game. Just so happened that the Indianapolis Colts ended up having a home playoff game and they were able to get tickets and go to that too! It was a better present than I anticipated!

Christmas In Iowa

Aunt Mary bought the kids some new sleds and we had plenty of snow for good sledding while in Iowa for Christmas! The Benekes had the perfect hill right outside their back door! It was a little faster than I anticipated and Addie I think repeated my swear words on the way down, but what are you going to do??!!!

Grandma Micheline & The Hickenbothams

The Polar Express is Addie's favorite movie! The Heber Creeper in Heber City, UT does a Polar Express train ride for 6 weeks at Christmas time. We read the book, drank hot chocolate and ate cookies! Once we got to the "North Pole" we even got to see Santa and then he came on the train to visit! Addison loved it, Jake slept the whole time!
